What Is Included in the LVP Package
Our LVP package starts at $5 per sq ft, with a 1,200 sq ft minimum. The package includes:
Basic LVP: 9x60 in planks, 7 mm thick, with a 22 mil wear layer
Installation by our crew
Old carpet removal
Debris haul-away
A moisture barrier installed under the floor to protect the flooring
Baseboard, quarter round and floor leveling are extra. We point out where you will need them when we look at your floor.
How LVP Installation Works

We visit for a free in-home estimate, measure the rooms and tell you what is included and what is extra.
Old carpet comes out. We check the floor for low spots, and leveling is added where it is needed.
The moisture barrier goes down first, then the planks.
We clean up and haul away the debris. When we leave, it is pristine.

The 1,200 sq ft minimum is the total area to be floored. Add up the living areas, bedrooms, hallways and closets you want done, and use that number on the Instant Estimate page. It gives you a starting point, and a free in-home visit gives you the real price.

Where LVP Fits Your Home
We install LVP in whole houses, single rooms, condos and rentals. It is a popular way to replace worn carpet in living rooms, bedrooms and hallways, and one plank floor running through several rooms makes a house look bigger. On a slab, or near the coast where humidity is part of life, the moisture barrier under the planks protects the flooring from the concrete below. Wipe up spills quickly, as you would on any floor.
